My family has proudly been a part of the South Florida area since 2011. My wife April and our three children participate in both school and athletic programs. Our goal is to utilize this blog as a forum to interact and educate our neighbors regarding all issues with water and fire damage cleanup and restoration along with mold remediation.

April Panster

April Panster graduated from the University of Miami; she is a Hurricane, tried and true. She started her working career with Comcast Cable in Fort Lauderdale until we relocated to New York City. She stayed within her chosen field and further developed her talents and skill set with NCC, National Cable Communications. She offered the sales and advertising to local viewers, by way of this digital media giant for all the major cable television providers in the greater Metropolitan area. Upon returning to our roots in Florida in 2005, April was, with opened arms, welcomed back to Comcast Cable in West Palm Beach, where she was responsible for all election advertising sales and coordination with both regional and national advertising agencies.

Isabel Connelly

Isabel is the V.P. of Business Development & Promotion at SERVPRO of West Coral Springs / West Parkland. She sells our franchise services in the Fort Lauderdale, Coral Springs, and greater Parkland areas. She always achieves her goals. She focuses on growing and developing our customer base by employing a systematic methodology and use of our unique branding to identify new prospects. And then to follow up with our customers and clients. Isabel tenaciously makes repeated contacts to build relationships and educate the customer and potential clients on why water damage restoration services provided by SERVPRO of West Coral Springs / West Parkland is the solution. Marilyn Laureano

Marilyn is our Administrative Assistant at SERVPRO of West Coral Springs / West Parkland. She is responsible for communications via written correspondence and electronic means. Marilyn puts the greatest value in meeting critical deadlines while always providing outstanding customer service. Her data entry skills are of the highest caliber when she prepares estimates, invoices, and always customer focus. She wears many hats as she helps with internal quality review files along with helping to schedule crew assignments and distribution of our manpower. David Galerneau

David is our Production Manager at SERVPRO of West Coral Springs / West Parkland. He possesses excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to communicate clearly to the crew member, office staff, clients best of all, insurance adjusters and property managers. His duties include the scheduling of daily jobs assignments and assures that the highest quality of production and results occur. David is strict on following safety protocols. David is accountable for submitting weekly reports that summarize production activities. He has enhanced skills addressing all fire damaging events and related water damage to residential and business structures in Parkland, Coral Springs, and surrounding areas. David leads by example.

Frank Rodriguez

Frank is a Production Manager at SERVPRO of West Coral Springs / West Parkland who is responsible for managing our Field Supervisors, Crew Chiefs, and all phases of a project. He secures the job sites with reasonable expectations and communicates them to our residential customers and our commercial clients. He manages the interactions with insurance personnel, completing industry-specific paperwork in the field using an iPad, and the management of field crews and subcontractors. Frank coaches, instructs and trains new production technicians and field personnel. Frank heads all flood damage projects in the Coral Springs and Ft. Lauderdale areas and adheres to proper time management and scheduled deadlines. No surprises when Frank is on the job.

Robert Ansaroff

Robert is a Crew Chief at SERVPRO of West Coral Springs / West Parkland. He is in charge of developing a drying strategy for structures which includes the setup of air movers, dehumidifiers and other drying equipment, monitoring temperature using various sensors, and controlling the relative humidity RH and specific humidity (SH.) In addition to completing the documentation of our projects and validation of our drying goals, Robert is required to complete all necessary paperwork with the bill payer and coordinate and communicate with the insurance carrier on a daily. Robert pitches in with our production teams for mildew and mold remediation.
