Parkland Flooded Home Needs TLC

The Before Photo shows the work in progress after SERVPRO technicians began the restoration segment of this storm-damaged Parkland home. The engineered wood flooring that had swelled beyond saving was removed neatly. This allowed the plywood subfloor to be dried and then be used as new planks are installed. We strive to minimize the demolition of fixtures and construction elements of properties. Our objective is to restore the home to its preloss condition, "Like it never even happened."
